1. Start from the inside out.
Your body is a temple. Fortify your body with super foods that are high in vitamin content. This will help slay free radicals and keep you at the top of your mental focus game. Compliment your newfound lifestyle change with some exercise.
2. Surround yourself with daily reminders.
Affirmations are part of a balanced breakfast. While eating your healthy meal in the morning, recite them to yourself to keep you mentally strong throughout the day. Print and frame positive phrases to hang around your place. They are special and so are you, which is why you should remind yourself of that!
3. Mirror Magick, Self-talk on another level.
This next part may sound a little silly, but Talk. To. Yourself. You see yourself every morning, speak to your reflection like you are speaking to a close friend that has always had your back. 4. Cut off sketchy people.
Ever heard of frenemies? These people are actually dangerous and do not have your best interest at heart. I have spent years around people that did not want the best for me and only the worst. Avoid the drama now. If they are not for you then cut em’ loose!
5. Keep an Abundance box.
Got change? Stash em’ in a box! This is different from your regular piggy bank, as it reinforces action of saving money. This intent reinforces the law of attraction toward finances. Fill this box with pictures and affirmations for abundance, don’t forget your coin!
6. Get you some damn crystal therapy!
Crystal therapy sessions can be done on your own or by a professional. These sessions consist of placing stones on each chakra for 20-30 mins and can be done daily or once a week. It is believed that each crystal can recharge and heal the energy wheels of the body and recreate harmony within your aura and environmental surroundings. 7. Use key words to manifest!
Stating some important key words like “I will” , “I am” and “I manifest” puts power and confidence in your message to the universe. I am living in my dream house or I will manifest the man of my dreams into my life are some examples. The most important part is to put your full faith and heart into your intent and knowing the universe will bring it to you. After all, the universe is always on your side. Like attracts like.
